David Gryglewicz: President & Chief Operating Officer
David spent 12 years with General Motors in the Buffalo, NY area
in various capacities of supervision management before joining Marine Midland
Auto Finance Corporation in 1987, also headquartered out of Buffalo.
In the late 1980's, Marine Midland became the largest provider
of automobile loans and lease financing in the U.S. David joined Marine in
an accelerated management program developing a discipline in all aspects
of the auto finance business. His latter years with Marine were in the Vehicle
Remarketing division where he developed an expertise in the area of selling
vehicles at auctions throughout the country.
In 1992, David relocated his family to Nashville, TN to join ADT
Automotive as Director of their managed remarketing operation
now known as Remarketing Solutions. This division of ADT offered nationwide
vehicle remarketing services to the auto finance industry in the U.S. Over the next serveral years, exponential growth in the division's client base necessitated growing the team from 10 to more than 130 employees.
In 1998, David became Vice President of Sales & Operations of
a young, growing company called EndTrust Lease End Services, a company partly
owned by ADESA Corporation. On January 1, 2000, David relocated to the Indianapolis
area to join ADESA as Vice President & COO of PAR North America
and shortly thereafter has served as the company's President & COO.
PAR North America is both a corporation as well as a wholly
owned subsidiary of ADESA, Inc. offering nationwide repossession,
titling, lease end-of-term
and remarketing services to the auto finance industry.
PAR has grown to become one of the leading service providers
of vehicle transition
services throughout
the U.S.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration from the School of Management at the University
of New York at Buffalo.
David Brown: Controller
David has been in the automotive financing business since
1991 where he started with Tranex Credit Corp. He held
the position of Controller
for eight years before holding that same position with
American Investment Bank. Subsequently, David
spent
more than three years in the auto
dealership business as Controller and General
Manager for a small Ford franchise. He brings more then a decade of varied automotive finance
experience to PAR's client "PARtners in Success".
David is a Certified Public Accountant.
He holds a B.S. Degree in Management from Ball State University.
Al has been in the automotive auction business since 1986 where
he started with the Detroit Auto Auction. He held many
positions during his seven years at the auction, including
Arbitration
Manager, Dealer
Development Manager and Fleet Lease Manager. Al spent the next
seven years at the corporate
office of ADT Automotive as an Account Manager and later
Vehicle Remarketing Manager. Other automotive experience
includes Superior Industries out
of Van Nuys, California where he spent six years. In 2000, Al joined
ADESA's Remarketing Division - PAR North America as Client
Relations Manager. He brings over
20 years of varied automotive experience to PAR's client "PARtners in Success".
Kem Morris: Team Operations Manager
Kem Morris began with Anglo American Auto Auctions (now part of Manheim Auctions) in 1990 as a Vehicle Remarketer. He managed the Remarketing Department, and eventually the company's nationwide repossession service. In 1998, he moved over to manage the Title and the Lease Termination Departments. He returned to repossessions where he established a nationwide repossession agent association as well as an agent advisory board. In 2003, Kem came to PAR North America, and serves as Operations Team Manager in charge of Repossessions, Remarketing, and Lease Terminations. Kem has a degree in Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
Mel Rogulski: Director of Marketing & Business Development
Mel has been in the automotive financing business since 1971
where he started with Ford Motor Credit Company. He held
the position of Branch Manager for eight years before moving
on to a more diversified leadership
role for Marine Midland Automotive Financial Corporation
where he was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager. Beginning in 1988, Mel spent over ten years
with Barnett Bank N.A, in Jacksonville, Florida where he served in a dual role as Director of Marketing and the Director of Remarketing
for the banks Dealer Financial
Services Unit. Mel's work experience also includes stints at GE Capital and
US Bank. He brings over three decades of varied automotive
finance experience in originations
and loss mitigation to PAR's client "PARtners in Success".
Mel served for three years on the Consumer Banker's Association Auto Finance Executive Committee and was a speaker at several conferences.
He holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University.
John Yarbrough: Operations Title & Special Projects
Manager
John spent 17 years of his career working for the Illinois
Secretary of State’s office in the Department of Vehicle Services. He held several positions there managing and overseeing the Commercial Truck Division, Motor Vehicle Records, Mandatory Auto Insurance and finally the Vehicle Titles Division. John assisted in re-writing Illinois’ repossession laws and streamlined the handling of repossession titles. John has served in a variety of volunteer positions for the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), speaking at several national conferences representing the state of Illinois. He continues to remain involved with AAMVA representing PAR North America and ADESA at their annual and regional conferences. John joined PAR North America in 2001, and oversees PAR’s
title team and a number of special projects.
