Jerry Kroshus: President
For more than 20 years, Jerry Kroshus has served in senior management roles in the remarketing industry. Kroshus most recently worked for HSBC Auto Finance where he assumed the role of vice president/director of remarketing. During this time, Kroshus was responsible for overseeing HSBC's remarketing operations and relationship management activity.
During his 14 years with CitiFinancial Auto, Kroshus advanced to the position of vice president and national remarketing sales manager. He played an instrumental role in advancing CitiFinancial Auto to become the first national consignor to fully utilize AutoIMS as well as being one of the first consignors to develop a national certified program. Prior to CitiFinancial Auto, Kroshus spent four years at GMAC in Minneapolis, Minn.
Over the course of his career, Kroshus has built strong industry relationships and gained significant experience from his numerous roles in the vehicle remarketing industry. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from North Dakota State University, Fargo, N.D.
Rich Levene: Director of Operations
Levene possesses more than 15 years of remarketing experience. He has held several key remarketing management positions while employed at CitiFinancial Auto and HSBC. In past years, Levene also worked for ADESA. He served as assistant general manager of ADESA Golden Gate from 2001 to 2005.
In addition, Levene also spent two years analyzing business operations for several ADESA locations while based at ADESA’s corporate office in Carmel, Ind. Currently, Levene is the director of operations for PAR North America where he oversees repossessions, remarketing and titles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from
St. John’s University, Collegeville, Minn.
Kara Paciorek: Financial Controller for ADESA and PAR North America
Kara Paciorek, financial controller, handles all accounting functions for both ADESA and PAR North America. In addition to managing the accounting department for PAR North America, Paciorek oversees analytics and QAC (Quality Assurance and Control). Paciorek has been with ADESA since June 2004. Prior to her career with ADESA, she was a public accountant for four years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind.
Paul Appold: National Remarketing Manager
Paul Appold has 21 years of automotive industry experience. He began his career with GMAC Financial Services, where he spent five years in collections and repossessions. For 16 years, Appold advanced into prominent sales roles, gaining expertise in dealer sales, remarketing and loan approvals. In his current role at PAR North America, Appold is the national remarketing manager and is responsible for internal remarketing operations, auction field representation, auction relations and compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and human resource management from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio and a master’s degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, N.Y
Susan Gordon: Executive Sales Director - East
Susan Gordon is well-respected in the remarketing industry with strong client relationship management skills. Her experience ranges from overseeing national accounts for Manheim’s Statesville AA to spending 10 years managing national remarketing and auction sales for Diamond-Triumph Auto Glass. Under Susan's direction, the remarketing business for Diamond-Triumph Auto Glass grew from the ground floor to include 18 national accounts and 25 key accounts. She was also responsible for the creation and implementation of a sales and service tracking system to all national remarketing accounts.
Stephanie Compton: Repossession Team Manager
Stephanie Compton possesses over 13 years of repossession and remarketing experience. She joined PAR North America in November 2001 as an account specialist. One year later, Compton was promoted to account manager on the repossession side. Currently, she is the repossession team manager where she oversees all aspects of the client repossession department.
Prior to joining PAR North America, Compton worked for Tranex Credit Corporation. She began working in loan originations in 1997 and later expanded her role by working on the back end of collections, repossessions, remarketing and titling.
Tim Massingale: Client Relations Manager
Tim Massingale has more than 10 years of management experience in remarketing and repossessions at PAR North America. His career track includes being promoted several times; from senior account manager to national remarketing manager and most recently to client relations manager where he handles communication and data collections with new and existing customers. Massingale has extensive customer service experience as well. Previously, he served in hub and delivery operations management with UPS for 13 years. Massingale holds a bachelor’s degree from Crossroads Bible College, Indianapolis, Ind.
Jennifer Perry: Titles Manager
Jennifer Perry is well-versed in all facets of title procedures. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Perry began her career at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles where she handled all title processing. Perry joined PAR North America in 2001 as a title coordinator, where
her industry knowledge proved beneficial. She quickly moved into managing the entire title department. In an effort to provide the highest level of service to all clients in a timely manner, Perry cross-trained her entire department. She strives to continually educate and mentor her staff to stay up-to-date on state changes and all required forms.
Jerry Ward: Repossession Services Manager
Jerry Ward previously worked for 12 years in the banking and finance industry where he held senior management roles. Most recently, he was vice president of collections at Union Acceptance Corporation. His extensive experience ranges from work in collections to skip tracing and loss mitigation. Ward is currently the repossession service manager for PAR North America where he oversees various departments including agent relations, assignment and skip trace.
