We are pleased to announce the addition of Jose Delgado to our PAR North America team. Jose possesses more than 16 years of remarketing/collections experience. He has held several key remarketing management positions while employed at WFS Financial and HSBC Auto Finance (now Santander Consumer USA). Most recently, Jose worked for Manheim Auctions from 2008 to 2011. He served as Assistant General Manager of Manheim Utah Auto Auction and prior to that he was the Fleet Lease Manager at Manheim Southern California Auto Auction. Jose has possesses a strong background in leadership and customer relationships. We are thrilled to have him join our organization. Our Executive Sales Directors, Jessie Herdrich and Laura Livingston, along with our Client Relations Department, will report up through Jose.
On a different note, Rich Levene has accepted a promotion with our parent company ADESA and is now serving as its Director of Operations and Strategic Improvements. It is a great opportunity for Rich and we wish him well. Tim Massingale, who has been with PAR for 11 years, will replace Rich as our Director of Operations. We will miss Rich but Tim will do an excellent job in his new role. Tim has extensive management experience in remarketing and repossessions at PAR North America. His career track includes being promoted several times; from Senior Account Manager to National Remarketing Manager and most recently to Client Relations Manager where he handled communications and data collections with new and existing customers.
As a follow-up to our eVIPR rollout, which we launched in January 2011, we want to reassure everyone that continual progress is being made to enhance the system. Our goal remains to provide the best operating system in the industry. We have our IT department and core management teams working very aggressively to ensure the necessary post-launch adjustments are made.
