Lisa Scott: President

Prior to this role, Scott held a variety of positions at ADESA Canada, including senior vice president of sales, marketing and operations, general manager, and, most recently, chief client officer. She has also served on several industry boards, including chair of the Canadian committee of the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) and co-chair of the Canadian chapter of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA).Her 25 years of experience, broad understanding of the marketplace and her passion for our industry will continue to benefit our company and our customers

Jose Delgado: VP of Recovery Operations, Sales and Client Relations

Delgado possesses more than 18 years of remarketing/collections experience. He has held several key remarketing management positions while employed at WFS Financial and HSBC Auto Finance (now Santander Consumer USA). Most recently, Delgado worked for Manheim Auctions from 2008 to 2011. He served as Assistant General Manager of Manheim Utah Auto Auction and prior to that he was the Fleet Lease Manager at Manheim Southern California Auto Auction.

Delgado has extensive Six Sigma experience which has helped him streamline processes for added efficiencies in his career and possesses a strong background in leadership and customer relationships. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

Kristen Trout: Director of Legal

Kristen Trout joined the PAR team in 2016, after providing legal representation to the KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR) family of companies in various capacities for the past 4 years.  During her time in private practice, Kristen was a member of her law firm’s business, creditors’ rights, and financial institutions practice groups.  Kristen provided general business, regulatory and transactional advice to both public and privately held companies, with a focus on banking and specialty finance clients.  Kristen earned her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her bachelor of business administration, summa cum laude, from Jacksonville University.

Jessie Herdrich: Director of Compliance

Jessie Herdrich has been with PAR North America since 2007. She began her career with PAR as a Vendor Relations Coordinator immediately after college. Herdrich held the role of Sales Administrator from 2008-2011 working closely with corporate shared services, client relations and senior management. She was then promoted to Executive Sales Director for banks/finance companies where she handled the service and satisfaction of current clients. Herdrich then held the position of Client Operations Manager for three years, overseeing all repossession client teams. She is now Director of Compliance managing internal audit and working closely with corporate legal. Her knowledge of PAR’s processes and procedures and relationship with clients serve her well in this position. Herdrich holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities and a minor in Business from Indiana University.


John Sibbitt: Director of Recovery Services

Sibbitt joined PAR North America in 2011. His experience includes a stint with a repossession agency where he oversaw a large specialty portfolio. Sibbitt joined PAR in the role of Sales Administrator where he supported client relations, sales and senior management. His most recent roles include Remarketing Field Representative, Client Relations Sales Associate and Recovery Service Manager. His diverse knowledge of the industry and experience working with senior management makes him an excellent fit for his role as PAR's Relationship Manager for SWBC. John is a graduate of DePauw University, Greencastle, IN.


Debbie Stokes

Debbie Stokes: Remarketing Manager

Debbie Stokes

Stokes brings a wealth of remarketing experience having worked in the auto auction industry for more than 20 years including stints with both Manheim and ADESA. Most recently, Debbie served as Assistant General Manager with ADESA Tampa Auto Auction for more than three years. In addition to her auction experience, Stokes also spent two years in remarketing with CitiFinancial Auto. The knowledge she gained on both the auction and client sides of the business makes her a great addition to our remarketing management team at PAR North America. Stokes holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from the University of South Alabama.

Dora Houck

Dora Houck: Relationship Manager

Dora Houck

Houck joined PAR North America through the acquisition of Auto Depot Remarketing in August 2013 as a Relationship Manager. During the last 19 years, Dora Houck has served in Management roles in the Remarketing industry. Most recently, she served as President of Auto Depot Remarketing, ADR, acquired by PAR in 2013. Houck worked for PAR's parent company, ADESA, from 2001 to 2005 and advanced to the position of General Sales Manager. During that time, she gained knowledge in auction remarketing and led her team to 100% growth, two years in a row. In 2005, Houck led the creation and advancement of ADR, serving local financial institutions with a specific interest in credit unions. Houck's primary focus will be to cultivate and manage the CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lending) alliance.

Jennifer Perry

Jennifer Perry: Titles Services Manager

Jennifer Perry

Perry is well-versed in all facets of title procedures. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Perry began her career at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles where she handled all title processing. Perry joined PAR North America in 2001 as a Title Coordinator, where her industry knowledge proved beneficial. She quickly moved into managing the entire title department. In an effort to provide the highest level of service to all clients in a timely manner, Perry cross-trained her entire department. She strives to continually educate and mentor her staff to stay up-to-date on state changes and all required forms.

Jodie Dawson: Client and Vendor Relationship Manager

Dawson joined PAR North America in November 2015. During the last 16 years, Jodie has served as the VP of Recovery Services within the forwarding industry as well as held several roles within the Credit Union and Subprime Auto Finance Industry as a Collection and Branch Manager. During her time with the Credit Unions she served as the President of the Sacramento CCUCC as well as a State Board Representative. Dawson holds QM License from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services for the State of California. In her role as Vendor and Client Relationship Manager she will have responsibilities that will include involvement with both recovery companies and clients.  Dawson holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.

Lauren Clason: HR Manager

Lauren Clason joined KAR Auction Services in 2012 as an HR Representative within the Corporate office.  In 2014, she was promoted to District HR Generalist for ADESA Indianapolis and began supporting both the Indianapolis and St. Louis auction locations.  As the HR Manager, Lauren is a business partner to the PAR leadership team and is responsible for managing the delivery of HR programs and services to the business.  Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana State University, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.  



Lynn Elliott: Client Operations Manager

Lynn Elliott has been with PAR North America since 2007. She began her career with PAR as an Account Coordinator and became a Senior Account Manager after 2 ½ years of service with PAR North America.  Overseeing the Consumer Service’s Team and working closely with PAR’s largest volume client.  Her relationship with the Senior Management staff, knowledge of PAR’s processes and procedures and relationship with clients serve her well in this position.  Elliott holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Sociology from the State University of New York at Oswego,  New York.


Karen Townsend

Mike Suarez: Skip Services Manager

Karen Townsend

Suarez joined PAR in March 2014. He brings 16 years of management experience from Chicago's financial district. During that time, he oversaw Primary Market Makers and brokerage desks. Mike developed many valuable skills and relationships through this years at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange & Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Suarez's energy, enthusiasm and leadership skills are a perfect match for our rapidly growing skip division.

Suarez received a bachelor's degree in recreational/business studies/program management from the University of Illinois, where he was All Big Ten offensive lineman for the Illini. He had stints in professional football and both U.S. and European football after his playing days at Illinois.


Peggy Hood: Client Operations Manager


Hood started her career with PAR North America in 2006 as an Account Coordinator. Peggy’s 16 years of working as a banking industry leader served her well as in 2008, she was selected to manage the impound process for all PAR’s clients. In 2009 her role with the company was expanded to include the management and coordination of the assignment team. By 2011, Peggy was promoted to Sr. Account Manager overseeing client teams, as well as continuing to manage the impound department. During 2014, Peggy was promoted to Client Teams Manager to oversee the repossession activities of the client teams. Her relationship with Senior Management, extensive knowledge of PAR’s processes and procedures, and developing client relationships serves her well with this position.
